よくある質問Q 入場料はかかりますか？ Is there an admission fee?
入場は無料です。
ご入場にあたり、入場料その他の費用は必要ありません。
ただし、会場内での商品購入、飲食、その他有料サービス等をご利用になる場合は、各出展社・提供者が定める料金をお支払いください。
No admission fee, free to enter.
However, if you purchase merchandise, buy food or drinks, or use other paid services within the venue, please pay the fees set by the respective exhibitors or providers.
Q 開場前に並ぶことはできますか？ Can I line up before the venue opens?
開場前の待機列は、主催者が指定する場所・時間からご案内いたします。
開場前にお越しになる場合は、係員および会場内外の案内表示に従い、指定された待機場所にお並びください。
会場施設の安全管理および他の施設利用者への配慮のため、指定場所以外での待機、通路・出入口・エスカレーター付近等での滞留はご遠慮ください。
なお、待機場所および整列方法は、当日の混雑状況、施設の運営状況等により変更となる場合があります。
If you arrive before the show opens, please follow the instructions of staff members and the signage inside and outside the venue, and line up at the designated waiting area.
For the safety of the venue and for other visitors, please refrain from waiting in areas other than the designated waiting area, or lingering in hallways, near entrances/exits, or near escalators.
Please note that the waiting area and queuing procedures are subject to change depending on the day's crowd levels and venue operations.
Q 再入場は可能ですか？ Is re-entry allowed?
再入場は可能です。
入場無料のイベントのため、開催時間内であれば一度会場を退出した後も再入場いただけます。
再入場の際は、スタッフの案内に従ってください。
なお、会場内で配布する資料、ノベルティ等については、お一人様につき一部など、数量を制限している場合があります。再入場による重複受け取りはご遠慮ください。
Since this is a free event, you may re-enter the venue after leaving it once, as long as it is within the event hours.
Please follow the staff's instructions when re-entering.
Please note that there may be quantity limits on materials and promotional items distributed at the venue. Please refrain from receiving duplicate items by re-entering.
Q 楽器を持ち込むことはできますか？ 自分の楽器で試奏することはできますか？ Can I bring my own instrument and try out with it?
ギター、ベース等の楽器本体、および小型のエフェクターボードに限り、持ち込むことができます。
ただし、会場内の安全確保および混雑防止のため、大型の機材、カート、台車、キャリーケース、その他これらに類するものの持ち込みはできません。
また、会場内での試奏については、各出展社の判断および指示に従ってください。出展社によっては、持ち込み機材との接続・試奏をお断りする場合があります。
なお、会場内にはお客様の荷物をお預かりするスペースはございません。大型の荷物やキャリーケース等は、あらかじめ近隣のコインロッカー等をご利用ください。
You may bring only the instruments themselves (such as guitars and basses) and small pedal boards.
However, to ensure safety and prevent overcrowding at the venue, you may not bring large pieces of equipment, carts, dollies, carry-on cases, or any other similar items.
Regarding instrument trials inside the venue, please follow the judgment and instructions of each exhibitor. Some exhibitors may refuse to allow you to connect your own equipment or try out their instruments.
Please note that there is no space inside the venue to store your belongings. For large luggage, carry-on cases, and similar items, please use nearby coin lockers or other storage facilities in advance.
Q 会場内で飲食はできますか？ Is eating and drinking allowed inside the venue?
指定されたエリアに限り、飲食が可能です。
飲食は、会場内のロビー・ホワイエ等、主催者が指定するエリアに限ります。
展示スペース、各出展ブース、その他飲食を禁止している場所での飲食はご遠慮ください。
飲料を持ち込む場合は、蓋が閉まる容器をご利用ください。
会場内の機材、展示品、什器等を汚損するおそれのある飲食物については、スタッフの判断により持ち込みまたは飲食をお断りする場合があります。
Eating and drinking are limited to areas designated by the organizer, such as the lobby and foyer.
Please refrain from eating or drinking in the exhibition space, at individual exhibitor booths, or in any other prohibited area.
If you bring your own beverages, please use containers with tight-fitting lids.
Staff may refuse entry or prohibit the consumption of food or beverages that could potentially damage equipment, exhibits, or furnishings within the venue.
Q 自分の楽器や機材を出展社・他の来場者に紹介したり、売買したりすることはできますか？ Can I showcase or sell my own instruments or equipment to exhibitors or other attendees?
本イベントに出展していない企業、団体、ブランド、一般来場者による、会場内での売買・譲渡・交換その他の営業行為はお断りいたします。
私物、個人制作物、その他の所有物について、出展社または他の来場者に対して、販売、買取、譲渡、交換、商談、営業その他これらに類する行為を行うことはできません。
また、会場内での直接的な取引に限らず、SNS、掲示物、口頭での呼びかけ等を利用して、会場内での売買・営業につながる行為を行うこともご遠慮ください。
一部の出展者では、中古楽器・機材等の買取を行っています。買取を希望されるご自身の楽器・機材等を会場へお持ち込みいただくことは可能です。
買取の可否、対象品、査定・買取条件、受付方法等については、各出展者のWebサイト・SNS等での案内をご確認いただくか、各出展者へ直接お問い合わせください。
なお、買取に関する一切の取引は、来場者と各出展者との間で行われるものであり、東京ペダルサミット運営委員会は関与いたしません。
We do not permit any sales, transfers, exchanges, or other commercial activities within the venue by companies, organizations, brands, or general attendees that are not exhibiting at this event.
You may not sell, purchase, transfer, exchange, negotiate, solicit business, or engage in any other similar activities regarding your personal belongings, self-made items, or other possessions to exhibitors or other attendees.
Please refrain from any actions that lead to sales or solicitation within the venue—not limited to direct transactions on-site—including those conducted via social media, posted notices, or verbal solicitations.
Some exhibitors offer to buy used musical instruments or equipments. You can bring your own instruments or equipment to the venue if you wish to sell.
For information regarding whether items will be bought or not, purchase conditions, and how to application, please check the announcements on each exhibitor’s website or social media, or contact the exhibitors directly.
Please note that all transactions related to purchases are conducted directly between attendees and the respective exhibitors. Tokyo Pedal Summit Organizing Committee is not involved in any such transactions.
Q 出展商品を購入することはできますか？ Can I purchase items on display?
出展商品の販売可否および販売方法は、各出展社により異なります。
購入をご希望の場合は、各出展ブースにて販売の有無、在庫、価格、決済方法等をご確認ください。
商品代金の支払いその他の売買に関する手続きは、各出展社と購入者との間で行っていただきます。
主催者は、個々の商品の販売、購入、決済、配送、返品、交換その他の取引について責任を負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
Whether items are for sale and how they are sold varies by exhibitor.
If you wish to make a purchase, please check with each exhibitor's booth regarding availability, inventory, price, payment methods, and other details.
Payment for merchandise and other transaction-related procedures must be handled directly between the exhibitor and the purchaser.
Please note that the organizer cannot be held responsible for the sale, purchase, payment, delivery, returns, exchanges, or any other transactions involving individual products.
Q 会場に駐車場はありますか？ Is there parking at the venue?
会場施設に駐車場がございます。
駐車場の利用条件、営業時間、料金等については、会場施設の案内をご確認ください。
なお、本イベントでは駐車料金の補助・割引等は行っておりません。
混雑時には駐車場をご利用いただけない場合がありますので、可能な限り公共交通機関をご利用ください。

Parking may not be available during peak times, so please use public transportation if possible.
Q 車椅子で入場できますか？ Can I enter in a wheelchair?
車椅子でご入場いただけます。
建物内のエレベーターをご利用いただき、3階の会場までお越しください。
ご来場の際にサポートが必要な場合は、会場スタッフまでお申し付けください。
なお、混雑状況等により、入退場や会場内の移動にお時間をいただく場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
Yes, you may enter in a wheelchair.
Please use the elevator inside the building to go to the venue on the 3rd floor.
If you need assistance upon arrival, please let the venue staff know.
Please note that depending on crowd conditions, it may take some time to enter, exit, or move around the venue. We appreciate your understanding.
Q 会場内に喫煙所はありますか？ Are there any smoking areas inside the venue?
会場内に、イベント来場者が利用できる喫煙所はございません。
喫煙される場合は、会場施設が指定する喫煙場所、または周辺の喫煙可能な場所をご利用ください。
会場周辺での路上喫煙、指定場所以外での喫煙はご遠慮ください。
There are no smoking areas inside the venue available to event attendees.
Please use the smoking areas designated by the venue or nearby locations where smoking is permitted.
Please refrain from smoking on the streets around the venue or in areas other than those designated area.
Q 会場内で写真・動画の撮影はできますか？ Is it okay to take photos and videos inside the venue?
写真撮影は可能です。ただし、会場内の状況や撮影内容により、主催者または出展社から撮影方法の変更・中止をお願いする場合があります。
個人の記録や、個人が運営するSNS等への投稿を目的とした写真撮影については、原則として事前の申請は必要ありません。
一方、動画撮影、商用利用、収益化を目的とする撮影、媒体・企業等による取材撮影、その他主催者が通常の来場者による撮影とは異なると判断する撮影については、事前に主催者への申請が必要です。
また、以下の撮影・配信はお断りいたします。
- 事前の許可を得ていない商用・案件撮影
- 会場内からの生配信
- 他の来場者、スタッフ等を主たる対象とした無断撮影
- 出展社・出演者等の営業・演奏・商談等を妨げる撮影
- 通路等を長時間占有する撮影
- その他、主催者が不適切と判断する撮影・配信
撮影・投稿・配信を行う場合は、他の来場者、出展社、スタッフ等の肖像、個人情報、プライバシーおよび著作権等に十分配慮してください。
撮影対象者から削除等の申し出があった場合は、速やかに対応してください。
なお、会場内での撮影・配信等が、他の来場者の迷惑となる行為、出展社の営業を妨げる行為、施設運営を妨げる行為、その他主催者が不適切と判断する行為に該当する場合、主催者は当該行為の中止、撮影・配信データ等の削除、機材の使用停止、退場その他必要な措置を求めることがあります。
主催者の指示に従っていただけない場合は、入場をお断りする、または退場していただく場合があります。また、状況により以後の再入場をお断りする場合があります。
Photography is permitted. However, depending on the situation or the content being photographed, the organizer or exhibitors may ask you to change methods or stop.
As a general rule, no prior application is required for photography intended for personal records or for posting on personally operated social media.
However, prior application to the organizer is required for video recording, photography for commercial use or monetization, media or corporate coverage, and any other photography that the organizer deems to differ from that typically conducted by general attendees.
Additionally, the following types of photography and live streaming are prohibited:
- Commercial photography without prior permission
- Live streaming
- Unauthorized photography primarily targeting other attendees, staff, etc.
- Photography that interferes with exhibitors or performers activities, performances, or business negotiations
- Photography that occupies aisles or other areas for long time
- Any other photography or live streaming deemed inappropriate by the organizer
When taking, posting, or streaming content, please give due consideration to the personal information, privacy, and copyrights of other attendees, exhibitors, staff, and others.
If a person being photographed or filmed requests that the content be deleted or otherwise removed, please comply promptly.
Please note that if photography, live streaming, or other activities within the venue constitute behavior that causes a nuisance to other attendees, interferes with exhibitors' business operations, hinders facility operations, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the organizer, the organizer may request that such behavior cease, that photography or streaming data be deleted, that the use of equipment be suspended, that the individual be asked to leave the venue, or that other necessary measures be taken.
If you not comply with the organizer's instructions, you may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue. Additionally, you may be denied re-entry at a later time depending on the circumstances.
Q その他、会場内で注意することはありますか？ Are there any other precautions to take inside the venue?
会場内では、スタッフおよび施設係員の案内・指示に従ってください。
他の来場者、出展社、出演者、スタッフ等への迷惑行為、危険行為、営業活動を妨げる行為、施設設備・展示物等を損傷する行為、その他イベント運営上不適切と主催者が判断する行為は禁止いたします。
安全確保または円滑なイベント運営のため、主催者が必要と判断した場合には、当該行為の中止、退場、再入場の禁止その他必要な措置を講じる場合があります。
皆様が安全かつ快適にイベントをお楽しみいただけるよう、皆様のご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
Please follow the guidance and instructions of staff while inside.
Behavior that causes a nuisance to other attendees, exhibitors, performers, or staff; dangerous behavior; behavior that interferes with business activities; behavior that damages facility equipment or exhibits; and any other behavior deemed inappropriate for the operation of the event by the organizer is prohibited.
To ensure safety and the smooth operation of the event, the organizer may take necessary measures—including requesting that such behavior cease, asking individuals to leave the venue, prohibiting re-entry, or taking other appropriate actions—if necessary.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the event safely and comfortably.
